As an external advisory partner, I help my clients design solutions to their most pressing people issues. However, part of my value is in the hands-on implementation. I have held senior roles in blue-chip organisations both here and overseas, which means I understand how to develop an intervention that is pragmatic, impactful, and aligned with the realities of business.

- Refining and enhancing the way talent is identified and managed in a large Financial Services corporate organisation through a talent framework and talent management process
- Designing an employee engagement diagnostic for a Fin-tech organisation, and assisting the Executive to analyse their results
- Writing a strategic framework and reference guide on hybrid and flexible working for a large company returning to physical workspace post the Covid pandemic
- Reviewing and improving the performance management practice for a large insurer including a system revamp, process redesign and change management work
- Delivering a series of employee webinars on career planning, performance improvement and the art of giving and receiving performance feedback
