Workshift consulting is a boutique, specialised consulting practice, premised on my extensive and pragmatic experience. I work with clients to really understand the key issues, and then propose and deliver practical interventions, ideas and strategies. When it comes to human issues in the workplace, I don’t believe in a one size fits all or off-the-shelf solution approach.
